Well, Belle-Anna, we have a few decisions to make: 1. Do we post our weight & measurements? This information will be public! I am trying to see if we can post the info but have it where only you and I can see. We can post pounds and inches lost and maybe at the end reveal the beginning stats. What do you think?
2. Should we make our posts like diary entries on daily events, like what we ate, did we exercise & for how long?, did we blow it?, tools used to deal with emotional eating and/or eating out of boredom?
There may be more areas we need to address. Get busy writing, girl.
