Psyching Ourselves Up for The Challenge

We are both fairly new to blogging. Mistakes may be made in the beginning, but we do hope you enjoy sharing this journey with us. Look for daily posts from each of us on our daily activities. We will also include helpful tips we find along the way to share with you.
We will be combining an exercise workout with our efforts toward healthier eating. I believe in positive imagery and affirmations, and those will be shared as well.
